As recommendations and restrictions regarding COVID change regularly, we wanted to inform you of the measures we have implemented and will continue to practice to assure the wellbeing and safety of our Guests and Personnel. These are worrying times and we want to thank all the Guests who have booked to stay with us during this period, having the confidence in us, our diligent cleaning procedures and genuine concern for our Guests.
We continue to follow the guidance set out for the Hospitality Industry to ensure everyone's safety and have been continually reviewing all our processes and training our personnel to ensure everyone is up to speed with the latest recommendations and policy changes.
TRAINING AND SERVICE
We have reviewed our service and delivery processes, in accordance with specialist advice sought. We will be implementing new safety measures adhering to social distancing, increased hygiene and security to assure our service remains as exemplary as ever yet with these added processes incorporated to ensure the safety and well being of everyone.
We are utilising the advice from industry experts to create an intensive cleaning regime throughout the hotel and especially in our guest rooms. We have invested in a Electro-static Mister to completely sanitise guest rooms and our public areas once they have been cleaned to provide a virus free environment. A screen is being installed at Reception, with masks, gloves and sanitiser available to guests and clear social distancing markers throughout the hotel.
FOOD AND DRINK
Our entire offering is in the process of being reviewed. New adapted measures include how we work with our suppliers, receive deliveries, food and drink preparation process and the delivery of food/beverages in order to ensure all areas and operations are conducted under optimum conditions. The Restaurant will remain closed for the time being however breakfast will be now be service either by Room Service or in the Restaurant (social distances apply). The Bar is open to the public as well as guests, from August 1st, pending social distancing practices. Any drinks can be ordered from the Bar by telephone for delivery to Guest rooms at any time.
It’s still a difficult time for everyone but we are working hard to ensure your confidence in our approach to protect your well being and those of our personnel. Of course, we will be updating our procedures and policies as things change to reflect the recommendations and guidance of the Hospitality Industry professionals and to ensure the highest standards are met.
